Refund policy

GAA Museum Shop Customer Information

We sincerely hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from the GAA Museum Shop, however, should you need to contact us regarding an issue with an order, please send an email to gaamuseumshop@crokepark.ie and a member of our team will get back to you with assistance.

The GAA Museum Shop email account is monitored Monday - Friday (except on public holidays) from 0900 – 1700.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Our team take great care when packaging orders, but if you receive an incorrect item, or if an item arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory state, please send an email to gaamuseumshop@crokepark.ie as soon as possible following receipt, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Cancellations and Returns

Should you wish to cancel an order and return the item(s) to us, please send an email to: gaamuseumshop@crokepark.ie within 14 days of receiving your order and a member of our team will help you out with the process.

You will then have up to 14 days to return the item(s) to the address below:

Please be advised that postage and packaging costs are non-refundable, unless the goods are faulty.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition that you received it in - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt, or proof of purchase will also be required.

Please note that there are certain types of items which cannot be returned these include:

  • Gift cards
  • Gift vouchers
  • Unframed prints
  • Framed prints

We would ask that products are not sent back to us until the return request has been approved by a member of our team.

Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, we will action it as promptly as possible and we will notify you once it has been processed. Your money will be refunded back onto the card originally used for making payment. Please be aware that the length of time it takes for your bank to process the refund (and for the money to subsequently be shown on your statement) can vary.

Exchanges

Where an exchange is agreed, the replacement product(s) will be dispatched as soon as possible to the address provided on the original order, unless otherwise requested.

Amending an Order

If you require an order amendment, please send an email to gaamuseumshop@crokepark.ie with the relevant information and provided that the order has not already been dispatched, we will try our best to assist.
