King Henry tells the story of a young Henry Shefflin growing up in the village of Ballyhale in Kilkenny.

In this incredible story we learn how he trained hard, and overcame injuries and disappointments to become one of the greatest hurlers of all time.

Paul is a keen sportsperson and amateur swimmer, winning the Liffey Swim in 2018. His previous children’s book Go Johnny Go is about rugby star Johnny Sexton and is also published by Gill Books.
